We are seeking experienced Advanced Practice Providers (NPs & PAs) to join our Washington team. In this role, you aren’t just a provider; you are a mobile clinician equipped with the time, technology, and autonomy to make a real difference. You will manage complex, acute episodes (CHF exacerbations, infections, post-op complications) with the support of a multi-disciplinary care team.

What You Will Do
- Respond & Assess: Travel to patient homes to perform problem-focused acute care assessments and screenings.
- Diagnose & Treat: Order and interpret diagnostic tests (Labs, EKG, POCUS) and administer treatments (IV fluids, meds, wound care).
- Coordinate: "Close the loop" with primary care providers and specialists to ensure continuity of care.
- Educate: Empower patients and families to manage their conditions and avoid the hospital.
What You Bring
- Licensure: Active, unrestricted ARNP or PA-C license in the state of Washington.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years (or 3,600 hours) of clinical experience in a high-acuity setting (ER, ICU, Urgent Care, or Hospitalist).
- Certifications: Board Certification (NP-C/PA-C) and current BLS (ACLS preferred).
- Field Readiness: Valid driver’s license, ability to carry equipment (up to 60 lbs), and a comfort level with navigating non-clinical environments.
