Emergency Medicine / Acute Care NP or PA – Field Provider (Brooklyn)
Tired of the waiting room grind? Move your practice to the field.
At myLaurel, we don’t just treat patients; we’re changing how healthcare is delivered by bringing the ER into the home. We are looking for high-acuity Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants in Brooklyn who want more autonomy, better pay, and a true work-life balance.
The "Why" (What’s in it for you?):
Top-Tier Compensation: $176,800 – $197,600 base salary + signing bonus.
Health & Wellness (Starts at 1 Month): Choice of 6 premium Aetna Medical plans, dental, and vision insurance. Coverage begins after just one month of employment.
Burnout Protection (Starts at 90 Days): Access to Discretionary Time Off (DTO). This is an "unlimited with rules" policy designed to give you the flexibility you need to recharge, available after your first 90 days.
Elite Scope of Practice: This isn't "home health." You’ll use POCUS (Ultrasound), EKG, IV diagnostics, and advanced interventions with 24/7 remote MD support.
A Day in the Life:
The Launch: Start your day with a virtual huddle with your remote physician and field partner.
The Mission: Respond to acute patient needs across Brooklyn—performing stabilizing interventions that keep patients out of the hospital.
The Tech: Document on the move with company-provided high-end hardware and seamless EHR integration.
The Wrap: End your shift knowing you’ve provided 1-on-1 care that actually moved the needle on patient outcomes.
What You Bring:
The Experience: At least 2 years in a high-acuity environment (ED, ICU, or Hospitalist). 4+ years preferred.
The License: Active NY State NP or PA license with board certification.
The Mindset: You are tech-savvy, adaptable, and passionate about the future of "Hospital-at-Home" medicine.
The Perks (Standard for all myLaurel Full-Timers):
Access to 401(k) retirement savings plan.
80 hours of front-loaded sick leave + 8 paid holidays.
Company-provided laptop, diagnostic tools, and field kit.
