Schedule: Part-Time (option to transition to Full-Time), including evenings/weekends/holidays (myLaurel operates seven days per week)
Classification: Exempt
Compensation: $70–$85/hour based on experience + Signing Bonus

Role Overview
We’re hiring a Physician Assistant to join our Brooklyn-based care team, providing integrated in-home care that supports a major hospital partner. As a Physician Assistant, you’ll work from a myLaurel-equipped vehicle to deliver diagnostics, treatments, and clinical support directly to patients.
Note: Company-paid parking is being finalized and will be discussed during interviews. Your safety and comfort on assignment are top priorities. Additionally, this is a standalone position.
What You’ll Do
As a Physician Assistant, you will:
- Perform in-home assessments and focused exams
- Order/interpreting labs, EKGs, and bedside diagnostics (e.g., POCUS)
- Administer treatments (e.g., IV fluids, wound care, splinting)
- Coordinate follow-up care and communicate with referring clinicians
- Incorporate palliative principles and patient-centered goals
- Educate patients/caregivers on care and self-management
- Contribute to clinical guidelines, team learning, and QI
What You Bring
- Active NY Physician Assistant license and BLS (ACLS preferred)
- 2+ years in urgent care, ED, hospital medicine, or similar
- Sound clinical judgment and adaptability in home settings
- Emotional intelligence and strong communication skills
- Physical ability to manage stairs and home-based care
